Our company started in 1994. Back then, the company was based in Vilamoura Marina, and its expertise was fiscal representation of non-resident companies and individuals. In 2012 AFC moved to its existing offices in the Buganvilia Plaza, Quinta Do Lago, where it has grown and diversified its offerings.
Our core business is dedicated to taxation, financial and investment advisory services for international property investors. AFC is recommended by many top-ranked law firms, private banks, wealth management companies and boutique finance houses. Our client base comes from over 48 different countries. Most are typically high net-worth individuals who purchase holiday or investment homes abroad. Their properties are mostly located in the “Golden Triangle”, luxury resorts, coastal enclaves and secluded favoured areas in the hillsides.
